DEPOSIT

Three nights deposit in Winter and one night deposit in Summer is required to confirm booking.
In winter season, guests can cancel a reservation up to 21 days prior to their arrival date.
In summer season, guests can cancel a reservation up to 14 days prior to their arrival date.

If cancelled after this period, deposits will not be refunded.

Deposits for all "NO SHOWS" or shortened stay will not be refunded.
